We will ship out the order within 2 business days after the payment cleared.
for international orders, shipment will be handled by fedex express / hong kong ems courier service. shipment usually takes 2-5 business days for arrival depending on the delivery location and its customs clearance procedures. buyers are responsible for the import duties, customs tax, and any other handling charges. shipping insurance is not included in default order, please contact us for the options and extra quotation.
for domestic (hk) orders, shipment will be handled by yamato express (ta-q-bin) or s.f. express.

Tracking information will be provided after the shipment is dispatched.
shipping charges: we will provide free shipping for all orders over hk$7,800 / usd1,000.
vice versa, hk$400 / usd50 will be charged for the international shipping, and hk$150 / usd20 for the shipping fee of domestic (hk) orders. 

International/local delivery for brand new items, we do not accept return or refund.
for used items, we accept returns within 7 days in case of defective or unsatisfied items. full refund (except the shipping charges) will be provided after the item is well received with our confirmation. all items returned must be in the exact same condition which has been shipped to you. and all the original packing and documents should be kept.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and shipping /insurance charges are not refundable. local pick up we do not accept return or refund for local face-to-face pick up transactions. please contact us for further arrangement.
