Artisan & Artist's ACAM-306N is a silk cord strap braided by the traditional Japanese kumihimo method, the technique behind kimono cords. The cord runs 8mm thick and 1200mm long, enough to carry a camera across the body, and the whole strap weighs about 40g. It fits by split rings, with Italian leather flaps behind them so the rings cannot mark a top plate. Made in Japan. Red is the colour most often chosen to set off a black Leica body.
