SOOBK is the Leitz hood made for the 28mm f/5.6 Summaron, the small screw and M-mount wide angle built from 1955 to 1963 in fewer than 9,169 examples. With 76 degrees across the diagonal and a front element sitting close to the body, that lens gains more from proper shading against side light than a normal lens does. The hood is the period-correct fitting for screw-mount and early M outfits and, like most small Leitz hoods, is now harder to find than the lens itself.
