The Summarit-M 75mm f/2.5 arrived in 2007 as part of the Summarit set that gave the M system a more accessible range of lenses: six elements in four groups, E46 filters, about 345g, focusing to 0.9m, order code 11645. The moderate maximum aperture keeps it compact and well corrected from wide open, while the 75mm frameline suits head-and-shoulders portraits and tighter reportage. It ran until 2014, when the f/2.4 Summarit-M took its place.
