Product Description

The Rapidwinder is Tom Abrahamsson's hand-built trigger baseplate for the Leica M, made in small batches in Vancouver. It swaps out the standard baseplate for one carrying a folding lever, letting the photographer advance a frame in a single pull without fitting a motor. Fittings differ between M generations, so each version is cut for particular bodies; this one is for the M2 and MP. It is made in solid brass rather than a plated alloy, so handling wears it to bare metal over time.
