The Leica 12466 Flower Hood is the dedicated metal lens shade for the Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 (pre-ASPH), designed to match the lens’s 41 mm front thread and bayonet mount. Produced in limited numbers during the late 1980s–1990s, it features the classic Leica “flower” petal profile that provides effective stray-light suppression while preserving the compact rangefinder silhouette. Finished in black anodized aluminum with the engraved Leica logo, this factory-original hood remains one of the scarcest accessories for the first-generation 35 mm Summilux-M.
