The Leica Summilux-M 75mm f/1.4 (11810) is a double-Gauss type lens with 7 elements in 5 groups, produced in Wetzlar, Germany. Introduced in 1980 and manufactured until 2008, the final Version 3 (2004–2008) features revised coatings and the later focusing helicoid. Total output reached 14,752 units, making it one of the rarer high-speed Leica M lenses. This 2004 example retains original 6-bit coding and delivers the characteristic smooth bokeh and high contrast at f/1.4 for which the design is known.
