Schneider-Kreuznach's Super-Angulon 21mm f/3.4, order code 11103, was made for Leica from 1963 to 1980 in fewer than 5,970 examples, designed by Werner Wagner. Eight elements in four groups cover 92 degrees with the very low distortion the symmetrical layout allows, and the four-blade click-stop diaphragm runs to f/22. It takes Series VII or E48-A52.5 filters and weighs 301g. Chrome finish until 1967, all black afterwards. The deep rear element sits close to the film, so metering on later bodies is unavailable.
