Teikoku Kogaku, renamed Zunow Optical in 1956, is remembered for a short burst of ultra-fast lenses in the 1950s before the company failed in 1961. Alongside the celebrated 50mm f/1.1 it offered this 50mm f/1.3 for rangefinder cameras, here in Leica screw mount. Documentation of the f/1.3 is thin even by Zunow standards and it appears far less often than the f/1.1, itself a rare lens; no verified production figure for it has ever been published.
