The 1994 aspherical Summilux-M, order code 11874, brought nine elements in five groups with a single aspherical surface to the 35mm f/1.4, in a compact black anodised barrel taking E46 filters and focusing to 0.7m. Leitz recorded more than 18,400 lenses before the floating element revision replaced it in 2010. This one has had the focusing index and depth of field engravings filled in white, an aftermarket customisation rather than any finish Leica offered.
