The Fisheye-Elmarit-R 16mm f/2.8 covers 180 degrees across the diagonal of the 35mm frame, bending every line that does not run through the centre. Eleven elements in eight groups, about 460g, with a built-in turret of four filters - UVa, yellow, orange and an 80B conversion - since nothing can be mounted in front of the domed front element. Leitz made fewer than 2,950 between 1974 and 2001. This is the 3-cam version, order number 11222, mechanically coupled rather than ROM.
